In early 2021, Zensa Skincare sought the expertise of PHL not only to boost the sales of their numbing cream, available in two tube sizes (30g and 2.5g), but also to help them obtain their Health Canada certification.

PHL orchestrated a tailored marketing strategy using promotions, faxes, emails, in-person visits, lunches, learning sessions, and sales calls, resulting in an impressive 250% year-over-year sales growth (CAGR) from 2020 to 2022.
Moreover, PHL skillfully negotiated price increases for all sizes of Zensa's topical numbing cream while securing a prime spot in the planograms of Jean Coutu, Familiprix, and Costco pharmacies across Quebec.
Additionally, PHL played a key role in helping Zensa Skincare obtain their Health Canada certification, a significant milestone for the company.
RESULTS
EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS
PHL implemented a complete end-to-end sales system for Zensa Skincare, managing complaints, inquiries, and distribution. This trust and success led Zensa Skincare to entrust PHL with another account to promote the product, Zensa Healing Cream.
PHL successfully registered it with McKesson, and since February 2023, sales performance has been exceptionally strong, further reinforcing the success of the partnership.
